I saw Miss Lucy when I went to Oxford. She reminds me too much of my mother for comfort.

I think we need to talk.

I've been studying the maps that they have in the lobby here, and Cardiff isn't that far from Oxford, really. If I could find some way to get enough money to catch a train, I could be back there in a couple hours at most. There's something odd going on in this city, though. The news the other day... They said that that box disappearing was a stunt, but it certainly didn't look much like a stunt to me. If they've got a permanent window in this city, that had to be attached to it, something disappearing like that.

We shouldn't have destroyed the knife. If I had it, maybe it would help close whatever is going on here.

I've got to find someone who knows a bit more than Miss Lucy did.
